Measure your wrist with a measuring tape and mark where the tape overlaps - that is the exact circumference of your wrist. You can also wrap a thin piece of paper around your wrist, mark the spot where the paper meets, and then lay it out across a ruler to measure how long your wrist's circumference is.
Select the size that matches your measurement. We would recommend adding 1 cm or 1/2 inch to the measurement for a more comfortable fit.

Select the size that matches your measurement. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For a thicker band (larger than 6 mm) it is better to choose a size up as well for a more comfortable fit.

The Jeevan (Life) Bracelet represents metamorphosis - physical, emotional, and mental. When the small green caterpillar reaches its full size and spins its cocoon, it undergoes metamorphosis, where it transforms into a butterfly. Eventually, the butterfly ages and dies, decomposes, and returns to the earth. There are multiple endings and beginnings in the life of a caterpillar - much like in that of a human.

The Jeevan Bracelet is made of 21.97 grams of 18 carat gold, and features 0.37 carats of diamonds and 0.51 carats of pink sapphires, along with enamel work done by hand.
